1. Account Creation

To use EasyChef, you must create an account using your email. By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up to date. There are no age restrictions for creating an account.

2. Subscription and Payment

EasyChef operates on a subscription basis, offering a 3-day free trial. After the trial, the app requires a subscription, which will be billed via the App Store or Google Play. Subscription rates may vary and change over time, and occasional discounts may apply. There are strictly no refunds once a subscription is initiated, as the recipe generation service incurs GPU costs.

Users can manage or cancel their subscription directly through the app. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, after which your access to the service will cease.

3. Fair Usage

The subscription provides access to a fair usage of EasyChef. If we detect overuse, such as automated farming of recipes or an abusive number of requests that could negatively impact EasyChef’s performance or incur excessive costs, we reserve the right to limit or pause your access to recipe generation. This is to ensure the app remains financially sustainable and continues to provide quality service to all users.

4. Ownership of Content

All recipes, designs, and content within the EasyChef app are generated by proprietary AI models owned by Linkko Technology Pte Ltd. Users are not allowed to submit content, including recipes, to the app.

5. Restrictions on Use

Users are prohibited from the following activities:

• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the app.
• Engaging in any form of spamming, hacking, or disruptive behavior.
• Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

EasyChef provides recipes that are generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy, these recipes are meant as suggestions and sources of inspiration. Users should always double-check cooking durations, ingredient measurements, and any dietary considerations.

We disclaim any liability for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the recipes, including any potential food allergies or intolerances. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the ingredients and recipes are suitable for their needs.Additionally, EasyChef takes no responsibility for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the misuse of the app, whether technical or related to recipe execution.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account and to use the app in compliance with any dietary guidelines or restrictions that are relevant to you. EasyChef is not responsible for verifying or enforcing any personal dietary requirements.

8. Termination of Service

Linkko Technology Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all data and content associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes or legal claims related to your use of EasyChef will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Amendments to Terms

Linkko Technology Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated according to the standard notification procedures of the App Store and Google Play. Continued use of EasyChef after the update will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
